• Annual Fixed CTC: ₹2.40 LPA
• Monthly Gross

Salary:
₹20,000 / month
• Daily Allowance (TA/DA): ₹150 / day
• Fuel Reimbursement: ₹3 / km
• Performance Incentives: Up to ₹30,000 / month Track 2: Experienced Sales Professionals
• Annual Fixed CTC: ₹4.80 LPA
• Monthly Gross

• Performance Incentives: Approx. ₹40,000 / month

Key Responsibilities
• Conduct regular field visits to healthcare professionals, clinics, and pharmacies across assigned territories in Delhi-NCR.
• Introduce, present, and promote pharmaceutical products to doctors and medical practitioners.
• Build and maintain lasting professional relationships with key healthcare stakeholders.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and coverage objectives.
• Provide accurate daily reporting on visits, doctor feedback, and competitor activities. Eligibility & Mandatory Requirements
• Education (for Freshers): Completed B. Pharm or D. Pharm degree/diploma.
• Experience (for Experienced Track): Prior field sales experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or related segments.
• Vehicle (Mandatory): Must possess an active Two-Wheeler and a valid driving license.
• Strong verbal communication, relationship management, and negotiation skills.
• Must be comfortable with regular local field travel across Delhi-NCR.
