JOB DESCRIPTION
- ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage critically ill patients in the ICU with comprehensive clinical care.
• Conduct patient assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and continuous monitoring.
• Manage medical and surgical emergencies and initiate timely interventions.
• Handle ventilated patients, sepsis, shock, respiratory failure, and multi-organ dysfunction.
• Perform or supervise relevant critical care procedures as per expertise.
• Coordinate with specialists, nursing staff, and other healthcare teams.
• Manage pre-operative and post-operative critical care patients when required.




• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and treatment records.
• Communicate effectively with patients' families regarding treatment and prognosis.
• Follow ICU protocols, infection-control practices, and patient-safety standards. PREFERRED CANDIDATE PROFILE
• Candidates with recognised Critical Care Medicine fellowships / qualifications may also be considered.
• Solid skills in ventilator management, resuscitation, emergency care, and critical patient management.
• Good communication, decision-making, and teamwork skills.
