Key Responsibilities

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in business transformation, change management, or strategy consulting.
• Strong understanding of Industry 4.0 principles and their application to business transformation.
• Proven track record of leading complex transformation projects with measurable success.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Certification in change management (e.g., Prosci, CCMP) or project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
