Territory Sales Manager (ASM) – CHETAN PUMPSCHETAN PUMPS is looking for a result-oriented Territory Sales Manager (ASM) to drive sales growth and strengthen our dealer network across the assigned territory. The role focuses on market development, channel partner management, and achieving sales targets for our pump products.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute territory-wise sales plans to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
• Identify, appoint, and develop dealers, distributors, retailers, plumbers, mechanics, and borewell contractors.
• Conduct regular market visits and support product demonstrations, training, and promotional activities.
• Monitor competitor pricing, product positioning, dealer feedback, and market opportunities.
• Track sales performance, collections, overdue payments, and compliance with approved credit terms.
• Coordinate with service and internal teams to resolve customer issues.
• Submit regular field visit reports, sales updates,



and market intelligence to the Regional Sales Manager. Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in Sales or Marketing is an advantage.
• Typically 3–6 years of field sales experience.
• Experience in dealer/distributor development and channel sales; pumps, electricals, motors, agricultural equipment, or related industries preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, market development, and relationship management skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory. Compensation & Advantages
