Role Description The Manager Store & Dispatch is a full-time, on-site role based in Bharuch. This role oversees day-to-day store operations, including inventory management, receipt and issuance of materials, stock documentation, and coordination with procurement and production teams. The manager is responsible for planning and supervising dispatch activities, ensuring accurate order fulfillment, timely shipments, and adherence to safety and compliance standards. Daily tasks include monitoring stock levels, conducting regular audits, implementing loss prevention measures, optimizing storage layouts, and maintaining clear communication with logistics partners and internal stakeholders.



The role also involves tracking delivery performance, resolving discrepancies, improving store and dispatch processes, and supporting customer service and satisfaction through reliable, efficient material handling. Qualifications
• Store Management and Retail Loss Prevention skills to efficiently manage inventory, prevent shrinkage, and maintain accurate stock records.
• Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to support internal and external stakeholders and ensure timely, accurate delivery performance.
• Strong Communication skills to coordinate effectively with production, procurement, logistics, and customers.
• Experience in warehouse or store operations, dispatch planning, and logistics coordination, preferably in chemicals or manufacturing.
• Knowledge of inventory management systems, ERP tools, and basic MS Office applications.
• Understanding of safety, compliance, and regulatory requirements related to storage and dispatch of industrial or chemical products.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, organize workflows, and implement process improvements in store and dispatch functions.
• Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, operations, or a related field is preferred.
