Role Description This is a full-time, in office Housekeeping Staff role based in Hyderabad. The role involves maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in all assigned areas, including offices, restrooms, corridors, and common spaces. Daily tasks include sweeping, mopping, dusting, waste disposal, basic restroom sanitization, and replenishing cleaning supplies. The role also covers handling laundry duties where required, such as washing, drying, and organizing linens or uniforms. Housekeeping staff are expected to follow safety and cleaning protocols, report maintenance issues, support basic customer service for internal staff and visitors,



and cooperate with supervisors and colleagues to ensure a clean, safe, and orderly environment. Qualifications
• Strong housekeeping skills, including cleaning, organizing, and maintaining hygiene standards.
• Experience with laundry tasks such as washing, drying, ironing, and proper storage of linens or uniforms.
• Basic customer service skills to interact politely and professionally with staff, visitors, and vendors.
• Effective communication skills to understand instructions, report issues, and coordinate with the team; openness to training and following standard procedures.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, stand or walk for extended periods, and handle cleaning equipment safely.
• Attention to detail, reliability, and time management to complete daily cleaning schedules efficiently.
• Prior housekeeping or facility maintenance experience in industrial, commercial, or office settings is an advantage.
• Basic literacy to read safety labels and instructions; willingness to learn company policies and safety guidelines.
