What you'll own SEO and AEO strategy
• Own one organic roadmap across search and AI answer engines (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Google AI Overviews and AI Mode).
• Map content to the buyer's decision journey, from problem to comparison and decision, not just to keyword volume.
• Shift investment toward evaluation and decision-stage content while protecting the authority we have already built.
• Build credible evidence about SuperOps beyond our own website, across review sites, communities and publications, and test what shapes AI answers. Content
• Own the organic content plan: thought leadership, use-case, comparison, alternatives, integration and solution pages, plus refreshes of existing content.
• Write transparent briefs and set the quality bar for writers: search intent, structure, original insight, product accuracy and E-E-A-T.
• Structure content so search engines and AI systems can understand and cite it.
• Work with Product Marketing so organic content reflects how we want buyers to understand SuperOps. Technical SEO
• Own site health with the Web team: crawlability, indexation, site architecture, internal linking, Core Web Vitals and structured data.
• Lead SEO for site launches, recent page types and localisation.
• Improve high-intent pages (product, pricing, comparison) for both ranking and conversion. AI workflows
• Design and run AI-assisted workflows for research, content briefs, content QA, internal linking, technical monitoring and reporting.
• Build in human review where accuracy and quality matter, and document each workflow so others can run it.
• Measure what each workflow saves and improves, and retire the ones that don't earn their keep. Measurement
• Measure organic from visibility to traffic to pipeline, using Search Console, GA4 and HubSpot, with Marketing Operations.
• Track AI-answer visibility: which buyer questions mention SuperOps, our share of voice,
how we are described and which sources AI relies on.
• Spot changes early, explain what changed and why, and separate measured data from tool estimates. What success looks like in the first six months
• A prioritised SEO and AEO roadmap with clear goals and measures.
• A decision-stage content programme live, and the highest-value existing pages refreshed.
• Main technical issues resolved, with ongoing site-health monitoring.
• Reliable measurement of organic and AI-answer visibility, connected to pipeline.
• At least two AI-assisted SEO workflows in regular use, with measurable gains in speed or quality. What you bring Must-have
• 6–8 years of hands-on SEO experience, ideally in B2B SaaS.
• A track record of growing organic traffic and pipeline, with examples you can explain end to end.
• Strong technical SEO, including site architecture, structured data and site launches or migrations.
• Experience building content strategies around buyer intent and writing briefs that produce high-quality content.
• Hands-on experience improving visibility in AI answer engines, and a clear view of how to measure it.
• Practical experience using AI tools in SEO and content workflows, with sound judgment on where human review is needed.
• Strong command of Search Console, GA4, a crawler such as Screaming Frog, and a major SEO platform such as Ahrefs or Semrush. Strong advantage
• SEO for IT, security or other technical B2B products.
• Supporting a move from SMB to mid-market or enterprise buyers.
• Comparison and alternatives programmes, programmatic SEO or localisation.
• Automating SEO work with tools such as n8n, APIs or AI coding assistants. You'll thrive here if
• You think in pipeline and buyer decisions, not just rankings and traffic.
• You question data before trusting it, and back decisions with evidence.
• You care about content that is genuinely useful, accurate and original.
• You build repeatable systems and document them so others can run them.
