We’re Hiring: Site Supervisor / Project Coordinator ModScale is seeking a responsible and energetic Site Supervisor / Project Coordinator to support the successful execution of our projects. This role is ideal for someone with 1–2 years of site coordination or project supervision experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

Key responsibilities
• Supervise daily on-site activities and ensure work is completed as per the project plan.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, technicians, labour teams, and internal departments.
• Monitor work quality, safety practices, timelines, and material usage at the site.
• Assist in planning daily schedules and tracking project progress against agreed timelines.
• Maintain regular updates on site activities, completed work, delays, and pending requirements.
• Coordinate material deliveries and ensure required materials are available on time.
• Identify site-level issues early and coordinate with the relevant team to resolve them.
• Support measurements, work verification, basic documentation, and project reporting.
• Communicate professionally with clients and stakeholders when required.




• Help ensure each project is delivered on time and to ModScale’s quality standards. Candidate

requirements:
• 1–2 years of experience as a Site Supervisor, Project Coordinator, Site Engineer, or in a similar role.
• Comfortable coordinating multiple teams and handling day-to-day site operations.
• Good communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read basic drawings and understand site execution requirements is preferred.
• Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
• A proactive, detail-oriented, and accountable approach to work.

Location:
Bangalore

Salary:
