You’ll join short, paid one-to-one calls, typically 30–60 minutes. Topics include:

• The loan origination and management technology lenders use
• How regulation is changing the market Compensation: $200–400/hour, depending on seniority Commitment: Adaptable, call by call. No minimum hours.

• Current or recent CXO, VP or Business Head role at an NBFC, bank, housing finance company or microfinance institution
• Direct experience in credit, risk, collections, product,



distribution or lending technology
