Role Description The Operational Specialist role at SoFiss is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. This role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operational activities, including inventory tracking, order processing, and coordination with supply chain and logistics partners to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products. The Operational Specialist will support the implementation of process improvements, monitor operational KPIs, and assist in planning and executing projects related to production, distribution, and customer experience. The role involves close collaboration with sales, customer support,



and management teams to align operations with business goals and maintain high service standards. This position requires hands-on involvement in daily workflows, problem-solving, and maintaining operational documentation and reports. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and support process optimization.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and customers.
• Candidates should possess Sales-related skills, including basic understanding of retail or D2C sales processes and customer relationship handling.
• Candidates should possess Operations Management skills to manage daily workflows, inventory, and fulfillment activities.
• Candidates should possess Project Management skills to plan, coordinate, and track operational initiatives and improvements.
• Additional beneficial qualifications include experience in FMCG, retail, or e-commerce operations; proficiency with spreadsheets and basic ERP or inventory tools; strong organizational skills; and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• A bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field is preferred, along with 1–3 years of relevant experience in operations or logistics.
