Role Description The Site Accountant role is a full time on-site position based in Mandamarri. The Site Accountant is responsible for managing day-to-day accounting activities at the project site, including recording transactions, maintaining ledgers, preparing vouchers, and overseeing cash and bank operations. The role includes monitoring project expenses, assisting with budgeting, and supporting the preparation of periodic financial reports for site management and head office. The Site Accountant will handle vendor and subcontractor bills, verify supporting documents, and coordinate with procurement and site engineering teams to ensure accurate cost tracking.



Additional responsibilities include maintaining compliance with company policies, assisting with statutory documentation as guided by senior finance staff, and supporting internal audits and inventory checks as required. Qualifications
• Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles, including journal entries, ledgers, reconciliations, and expense tracking.
• Proficiency in accounting software or ERP tools and solid MS Excel skills for site-level reporting and data analysis.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation, voucher preparation, and verification of bills and supporting records.
• Ability to coordinate with site teams, vendors, and head office, with clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Good organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple site-related transactions and deadlines.
• Relevant educational background such as a degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience in construction, infrastructure, or project-based accounting is an advantage.
• Willingness to work on-site in Mandamarri and adapt to project-based environments and schedules.
