Role Description This is a full-time, junior-level Graphic Design and Video Editor role based in Ghaziabad, with a hybrid work arrangement that allows some work from home. The team member will design visual assets for social media, websites, and marketing materials, ensuring a consistent brand look and feel for TalesByDora’s travel content. Daily responsibilities include editing short-form and long-form videos, creating thumbnails, motion graphics, and simple animations to showcase destinations, itineraries, and travel stories. The role involves collaborating with content and marketing teams to develop creative concepts, adapting designs for different platforms,



and preparing deliverables in platform-appropriate formats. The person in this role will also organize media files, maintain an efficient asset library, and support basic visual storytelling tasks for campaigns and promotions. Qualifications
• Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar design software.
• Video editing capabilities using software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve, including basic sound and color correction.
• Ability to create simple motion graphics or animations using tools like After Effects or comparable applications.
• Understanding of social media and digital content formats (Reels, Shorts, stories, feed posts) and how to optimize visual content for each.
• Basic knowledge of branding principles, visual storytelling, and layout/composition for marketing materials.
• Attention to detail, solid time management skills, and the ability to work to deadlines in a collaborative environment.
• Comfort working in a hybrid setup from Ghaziabad, with reliable internet access for remote tasks.
• Preferred: Diploma or degree in design, media, communication, or a related field, and interest or experience in travel-focused content.
