• Ensure a pleasant dining experience and maintain high customer satisfaction. B. Food & Beverage Operations
• Set up tables, dining areas and service stations as per operational standards.
• Ensure proper food presentation and timely delivery. C. Hygiene & Safety
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of dining areas, service stations and equipment.
• Follow food safety, sanitation and personal grooming standards. D. Skills & Competencies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer service orientation.
• Knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
