About us
Smartimate Tech Solutions designs and builds electronics, robotics and IoT products. Our Jajpur office handles PCB design, prototyping and assembly, and we want someone hands-on to help build our boards and test them.
What you'll do
• Assemble PCBs, both SMD and through-hole, by hand and with a reflow or hot-air station
• Solder, rework and de-solder fine-pitch parts (0402/0603, SOIC, QFN, TQFP)
• Read BOMs, assembly drawings and schematics to place parts correctly
• Inspect boards for solder defects, polarity mistakes and wrong parts
• Run basic power-on and functional tests with a multimeter, bench power supply and oscilloscope
• Keep stock of components, consumables and finished boards
• Keep the work area clean and follow ESD-safe practices What we're looking for
• ITI, Diploma or B.
Tech in Electronics, Electrical or a related field
• 0–3 years of hands-on soldering or PCB assembly work (freshers with positive soldering skills are welcome)
• Steady hands and a careful eye for small details
• Able to identify electronic components and read part markings
• Basic use of a multimeter; oscilloscope experience is a plus
• Lives in or can move to the Jajpur area Good to have
• Experience with reflow ovens, stencil printing or a pick-and-place machine
• Familiar with IPC-A-610 workmanship standards
• Some exposure to microcontroller boards (Arduino, ESP32, STM32)
