Role Description The Project Manager role at Spartan Builders is a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad. The Project Manager will oversee end-to-end project planning, scheduling, and execution for residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects, ensuring work is completed on time, within budget, and to quality and safety standards. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with architects, engineers, contractors, suppliers, and clients; managing site activities; tracking progress against milestones; and resolving issues that affect timelines or costs. The role involves supervising site teams, conducting inspections,



maintaining documentation, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company procedures. The Project Manager will also support procurement and logistics coordination, monitor resource utilization, and provide regular project status reports to leadership and stakeholders. Qualifications
• Strong project management skills, including Project Management experience and ability to manage scope, schedule, and budget.
• Experience with expediting project deliverables, including Expeditor responsibilities and Expediting activities for materials and approvals.
• Hands-on Inspection capabilities with a focus on quality control, safety compliance, and adherence to technical specifications.
• Logistics Management skills for coordinating materials, equipment, and workforce to and from project sites.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Knowledge of construction methods, local building codes, and regulatory standards in Gujarat.
• Proficiency in project planning and scheduling tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or similar) and basic MS Office skills.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities, with capacity to lead diverse site teams.
• Demonstrated ability to work on-site in a quick-paced construction environment and make timely, data-informed decisions.
