Noida Shift: US Shift We are seeking a Business Tax Preparer to support U.
S. business tax compliance, primarily for small businesses and S-corporations. The candidate will organize financial records, prepare tax-return inputs and supporting schedules, maintain workpapers, and identify discrepancies for review by senior tax professionals. CPA or Enrolled Agent certification is not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities
• Organize business tax documents, trial balances, general ledgers, payroll records, and fixed-asset schedules.
• Assist in preparing federal and state business tax returns, including Forms 1120-S and 1065.
• Prepare supporting schedules, including Schedules K, K-1, M-1, and M-2, as applicable.
• Assist with depreciation, fixed assets, book-to-tax adjustments, and shareholder or partner transactions.
• Roll forward prior-year workpapers and verify financial data for accuracy.
• Identify missing information, unusual balances, and discrepancies for reviewer follow-up.
• Maintain organized workpapers and address reviewer comments.
• Follow tax software,



documentation, confidentiality, and quality-control procedures. Required Qualifications
• 1–3 years of hands-on U.
S. business tax preparation or tax-support experience.
• Exposure to Form 1120-S, Form 1065, or related business tax returns.
• Basic understanding of accounting records, trial balances, general ledgers, and depreciation.
• Familiarity with professional tax preparation software.
• Robust Excel or Google Sheets skills and attention to detail.
• Good written and spoken English for communication with U.
S.-based reviewers.
• Flexibility to work adjusted hours during tax season, as required. Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with S-corporation workpapers, K-1 data, shareholder distributions, and officer compensation.
• Exposure to partnership and state business tax returns.
• Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
• Previous experience in a U.
S. CPA firm or tax-preparation practice.
