• Model training, post-training, and optimization
• Advanced techniques such as RLHF, DPO, and GRPO
• Research implementation, mathematical analysis, and experimental evaluation ? What We’re Looking For
• Solid foundations in mathematics, including linear algebra, probability, statistics, calculus, and optimization
• A solid understanding of deep learning and Transformer architectures




• Knowledge of reinforcement learning and modern AI training methods
• Proficiency in Python and PyTorch
• Ability to read research papers, reproduce results, and implement algorithms from first principles
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills ?
