About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on, results-oriented Growth & Performance Marketing Associate who understands how to generate genuine education leads and convert interest into meaningful conversations. This is not just a social media posting role. You will work closely with the Founder to build awareness, run digital campaigns, generate qualified parent enquiries, establish school relationships and contribute to student enrolment growth. As an early-stage startup, we value execution, ownership, experimentation and measurable results over titles.

Key Responsibilities
1. Performance Marketing & Lead Generation
• Plan, execute and optimise Google Search Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram).
• Generate relevant enquiries from parents looking for structured learning support and tuition.
• Research keywords, target audiences, competitors and local education demand.
• Monitor ad spend, cost per lead, lead quality and conversions.
• Test creatives,



advertisements and landing-page messaging.
• Work within approved advertising budgets. 2. Social Media & Content Marketing
• Manage regular posts across LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook.
• Create basic graphics, reels, captions and educational content using Canva or similar tools.
• Plan weekly content calendars and publish approved posts.
• Promote SkillsNCR programmes, useful learning insights and local activities.
• Track engagement and meaningful enquiries generated through organic content. 3. School Outreach & Partnerships
• Identify and approach schools, tuition centres, educators and relevant community partners in Gurugram.
• Build school and parent-community prospect lists.
• Coordinate introductory calls, meetings and follow-ups.
• Explore opportunities for school events, parent engagement and qualified referrals.
• Maintain accurate outreach and partnership records. 4. Lead Follow-Up & Enrolment Support
• Manage enquiries generated through advertisements, websites, WhatsApp and social media.
• Speak professionally with interested parents and understand their requirements.




• Qualify enquiries and coordinate suitable follow-up conversations with the team.
• Maintain a straightforward CRM or lead tracker.
• Track enquiries through consultation, recommendation and enrolment stages.
• Report actual outcomes rather than just lead counts. Who Should Apply?We would especially like to hear from candidates with experience in:
• EdTech, tuition, coaching institutes, school marketing or education admissions.
• Google Ads and Meta Ads campaign execution.
• Generating parent/student leads through digital channels.
• Local outreach, inside sales or school relationship development. Must-have skills
• Practical experience running or supporting paid campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Understanding of lead generation, targeting and campaign optimisation.
• Ability to create and publish basic social media content.
• Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Comfortable using spreadsheets, WhatsApp Business and basic CRM tools.
• Ability to work independently, learn quickly and take responsibility for results. Early-career candidates with strong practical skills are welcome.
