Key Responsibilities
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in Chennai and surrounding markets.
• Generate leads and drive sales of Precast RCC Underground Tanks.
• Build relationships with builders, contractors, architects,



and construction companies.
• Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and site visits.
• Manage sales enquiries, follow-ups, and negotiations.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth. Ideal Candidate:
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience in construction, building materials, or precast products.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Good understanding of the Chennai construction market.
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
