APHOSYS POWER SYSTEMS PRIVATE LIMITED is looking for an experienced engineer to develop inverter and lithium battery-based power backup products, from circuit design and PCB layout to firmware, prototype testing and production support. ?

Depending on skills and experience Your responsibilities
• Design inverter power stages, battery chargers, gate drivers, sensing circuits and protection systems.
• Create schematics and PCB layouts, select components and prepare BOMs and manufacturing files.
• Develop embedded firmware for inverter control, battery charging, displays, alarms and fault protection.
• Integrate lithium batteries and BMS, including charging settings and communication where required.
• Build and debug prototypes; validate output waveform, efficiency, thermal performance and protection functions.
• Support pilot production, resolve field failures and maintain complete hardware and firmware documentation. What we’re looking for

Tech in Electrical, Electronics or a related discipline; relevant postgraduate qualifications are welcome.
• Hands-on development experience with home inverters,



UPS systems or comparable power converters.
• Strong knowledge of MOSFETs/IGBTs, gate drivers, magnetics, PWM/SPWM and feedback control.
• PCB design experience using Altium Designer, KiCad, OrCAD or equivalent.
• Embedded C/C++ experience with controllers such as STM32, TI C2000 or dsPIC.
• Practical knowledge of high-current PCB layout, grounding, isolation and EMI/EMC considerations.
• Confidence using oscilloscopes, electronic loads and other power electronics test equipment. You should have personally developed and tested at least one working inverter, UPS or comparable power-conversion product. Experience with LiFePO₄ batteries, BMS communication, solar MPPT and production testing will be an advantage. ? To apply: Send your CV through LinkedIn DM with:
