Role Description The Billing Engineer is a full time, on-site role based in Jaipur, responsible for managing project billing and quantity-related documentation for infrastructure works. Day-to-day tasks include preparing and verifying BOQs, conducting quantity take-offs, performing rate analysis, and ensuring accurate billing in line with contract terms and project progress. The role involves coordinating with project managers, site engineers, and finance teams to validate measurements, support interim and final bills, and resolve billing discrepancies. The Billing Engineer will maintain detailed records, support audits,



and contribute to cost control and forecasting for road, highway, and building projects. The role also requires adherence to company standards, client requirements, and applicable regulations. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong BOQ preparation and Quantity Surveying skills.
• Candidates should possess proficiency in Billing Systems and Rate Analysis.
• Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills for data validation and cost assessment.
• Preferably a diploma or degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Having experience of NHAI,PWD or MoRTH Road And highway Billing experience
• Having 4-5 years of experience of Billing works of Government Department.
• Having expertise in BOQ rate analysis, Rate Estimation, Tender BOQ estimation
• Experience in infrastructure, road, or highway construction billing will be an advantage.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, contracts, and specifications accurately.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and relevant construction billing or ERP software.
• Strong attention to detail, numeracy, and ability to work collaboratively on-site. Qualification
