About the Role
MeduClinic is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Campus Manager and teacher to oversee the academic and day-to-day operations of our Vadodara Hospital campus. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing the B.
Voc. Healthcare Assistance and Indo-German Skill Program (IGSP) – Diploma in Healthcare Assistance & Geriatric Care, ensuring smooth academic delivery and an excellent student learning experience.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage the daily academic and operational activities of the campus.
• Conduct and deliver live classroom teaching sessions for students enrolled in the B.
Voc. and IGSP Diploma programs.
• Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, presentations, and assessments.
• Monitor student attendance, academic progress, and discipline.
• Coordinate with faculty, academic teams, and management for curriculum implementation.
• Maintain student records, reports,



and academic documentation.
• Organize practical sessions, workshops, and student engagement activities.
• Ensure a positive learning environment and address student queries and concerns.
• Support admissions, orientation, and campus-related academic activities when required. Eligibility
• Bachelor’s degree in a Healthcare, Life Sciences, Nursing, Allied Health, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• MBBS, BHMS, BAMS, BDS, Paramedic graduates (freshers can apply)

• Nurses or Allied nurses
• Paramedics or Phlebotomists
• BSC health (Biology, Zoology, Anatomy)
• Minimum 1 year of teaching experience in a healthcare, allied health, or educational institution is preferred.
• Positive communication and classroom presentation skills. Good organizational and administrative abilities. Salary ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Based on experience and qualifications) Experience Minimum 0.5-1 year of teaching experience.
