Role Description The Content Marketing Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Coimbatore. This position is responsible for planning, creating, and managing content across digital channels to attract, engage, and convert aspiring tech professionals into learners and program participants. Typical responsibilities include developing content marketing strategies, producing blog posts, landing pages, email campaigns, social media content, and video scripts aligned with brand and business goals. The role also involves coordinating with subject matter experts and instructors to translate training offerings into compelling marketing narratives, tracking content performance metrics, and optimizing campaigns based on data and user feedback.



The Content Marketing Manager will collaborate closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to ensure consistent messaging and support lead generation, brand awareness, and community engagement. Qualifications
• Strong content marketing and digital marketing skills, including experience with campaign planning, audience segmentation, and performance tracking.
• Proficiency in content strategy and editorial planning, with the ability to align content calendars to product launches, events, and learner journeys.
• Excellent writing and editing skills for blogs, web pages, email, and social media, with attention to clarity, tone, and brand consistency.
• Ability to conduct research on tech careers, placement trends, and learner needs, and convert insights into relevant, engaging content.
• Experience using marketing and analytics tools (e.g., CMS platforms, email marketing tools, social media management tools, Google Analytics) is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
• Interest or background in education, edtech, or tech career preparation is an advantage.
• Ability to operate independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
