Key Responsibilities
* Plan, write, and create engaging social media content and ad campaigns.
* Develop creative concepts, video scripts, and ad copies.
* Coordinate content shoots, editing, and production.
* Collaborate with influencers and content creators.
* Brainstorm and execute creative marketing campaigns.
* Manage the marketing team and oversee the entire marketing function.
* Track performance and optimize campaigns for growth and sales. Requirements
* Strong creative thinking, copywriting, and marketing skills.
* Experience in social media marketing, advertising, and influencer collaborations.
* Ability to lead a team and take complete ownership of execution. Work Details
* Hybrid role requiring travel to Kolar,( 60km frol banglore ) 1–2 days per week.
* Company-provided travel allowances.
* Work directly with the CEO with creative freedom and ownership. We’re looking for someone who can turn creative ideas into campaigns that deliver results.
