Role Description The Center Manager is a full time, on-site role located in Dwarka, responsible for overseeing daily operations of the diagnostic center. Key tasks include managing staff schedules, monitoring workflow, and ensuring smooth coordination between reception, laboratory, and clinical teams. The role involves supervising patient registration and billing processes, addressing patient queries, and maintaining high standards of service delivery. The Center Manager will monitor compliance with clinical and operational protocols, ensure accurate documentation, and support quality control activities. Additional responsibilities include managing inventory, coordinating with vendors, tracking center performance, and preparing operational reports for senior management. Qualifications




• Experience in healthcare operations, diagnostic centers, clinics, or hospitals, with responsibility for day-to-day center management.
• Strong people management skills, including team supervision, scheduling, performance monitoring, and conflict resolution.
• Ability to deliver excellent patient service, manage front-office operations, and handle patient concerns with professionalism and empathy.
• Competence in administrative and coordination tasks, including documentation, basic reporting, and inventory oversight.
• Comfort with using computers and healthcare software for registration, billing, and data entry; familiarity with MS Office tools.
• Solid organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and a focus on quality and compliance.
• Effective communication skills in English and local languages, with the ability to collaborate with medical and non-medical staff.
• Graduate degree in any discipline; a background in healthcare administration, management, or related fields is an advantage.
• Prior experience in a managerial or supervisory role within healthcare or diagnostics is preferred.
