Experience:
5+ Years Only Immediate joiner to 15 Days notice period will considered. We are looking for a talented Senior Machine Learning Engineer who can translate complex business challenges into practical, scalable, production-ready AI/ML solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills across machine learning, Generative AI, computer vision, statistical modelling, forecasting, and optimization, with the ability to select the right approach based on the business problem. ?

Key Responsibilities
• Understand business challenges, identify root causes, and define measurable success criteria.
• Design and develop end-to-end AI/ML solutions, from data exploration and experimentation to production deployment and monitoring.
• Apply classical machine learning, deep learning, Generative AI, LLMs, computer vision, forecasting, anomaly detection, and optimization as appropriate.
• Build production-ready ML pipelines, APIs, data pipelines, evaluation frameworks, and monitoring systems.
• Evaluate solutions based on accuracy, reliability, latency, scalability, cost, and business impact.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, data, and domain teams to deliver practical AI solutions.
• Provide technical direction, review implementations, and mentor team members.
• Communicate technical decisions and trade-offs effectively to technical and business stakeholders. ✅ Mandatory Skills & Qualifications
• 5+ years of relevant experience in Machine Learning, AI Engineering, Data Science,



or intelligent software development.
• Solid programming and software engineering skills in Python.
• Solid understanding of machine learning, statistics, experimentation, and model evaluation.
• Hands-on experience with ML frameworks such as scikit-learn, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
• Experience delivering AI/ML solutions into production.
• Exposure to multiple areas, including predictive ML, Generative AI, NLP, computer vision, forecasting, or optimization.
• Practical knowledge of LLMs, RAG, AI agents, evaluation frameworks, and guardrails.
• Experience building ML pipelines, APIs, containerized services, and cloud-based solutions.
• Strong SQL and data analysis skills. ⭐ Positive to Have
• Experience with Azure or other major cloud platforms.
• Exposure to structured, unstructured, visual, time-series, or multimodal data.
• Experience in construction, engineering, manufacturing, or other operationally complex industries.
• Experience mentoring engineers or leading technical solution design. ?
