Hyderabad ( Work from Office) Experince : 8-12 Years Summary Cloud4C is looking for a highly motivated Cyber Security Solutions & Software Licensing Procurement Specialist to manage the end-to-end sourcing, procurement, renewal, and optimization of cybersecurity products, enterprise software, operating systems, network infrastructure licenses, cloud subscriptions, and technology services. The role will partner closely with Cyber Security, Infrastructure, Network, Cloud, Architecture, IT Operations, Finance, Legal, and Vendor Management teams to ensure technology and security solutions are procured cost-effectively, contractually compliant, and aligned with business and security requirements. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in technology procurement, software licensing, contract negotiations, vendor management, and renewal governance, while driving cost optimization, compliance, and operational efficiency across IT and cybersecurity spend categories.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end procurement lifecycle from requirement gathering, sourcing, RFQ/RFP management, commercial evaluation, negotiation, purchase order creation, and vendor onboarding.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to identify sourcing opportunities and recommend optimal procurement strategies.
• Procurement Execution: Manage the full procurement lifecycle from Purchase Request (PR) to Purchase Order (PO) within procurement systems.
• Evaluate supplier proposals based on technical fit, commercial value, total cost of ownership (TCO), and business requirements.
• Manage procurement and lifecycle of software and product licenses including cybersecurity, operating systems, databases, virtualization, cloud platforms, productivity tools, and network management solutions.
• Maintain renewal calendars, forecast upcoming renewals, and drive timely execution of contract extensions and renewals.
• Track software entitlements, license utilization, and compliance against contractual agreements.
• Lead commercial negotiations with software publishers, OEMs, distributors,



and technology partners to secure favorable pricing and commercial terms.
• Work closely with Legal, Finance, and Information Security teams to ensure contractual risk mitigation and governance compliance.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Drive approval workflows with technical teams, Quality, Security, Privacy, Legal, Finance, and IT teams; ensure all governance checkpoints are completed.
• Build and maintain strategic vendor relationships to maximize value and service delivery.
• Identify opportunities for software rationalization, license optimization, consolidation, and cost reduction.
• Analyze technology spend, budgeting, forecasting, and procurement performance metrics.
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies, software licensing agreements, information security standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate procurement records, contracts, licensing documentation, and audit-ready evidence.
• Collaborate with Cyber Security, Infrastructure, Network, Cloud, Architecture, Privacy, Risk, and Compliance teams during solution evaluations and procurements.
• Stay current with industry trends, software licensing models, cybersecurity technologies, and vendor marketplace developments Skills &

Experience:
• 8 to 12 years of experience in IT Procurement, Technology Sourcing, Software License Procurement, Cyber Security Procurement, or Strategic Sourcing.
• Professional certifications in Procurement, Supply Chain, Vendor Management, IT Asset Management, or Software Asset Management are an added advantage.
• Strong experience in procurement of cybersecurity solutions, software licenses, operating systems, cloud services, and network infrastructure technologies.




• Good understanding of software licensing models including perpetual, subscription, SaaS, user-based, device-based, and consumption-based licensing.
• Should be able to comfortably interact with technology teams on requirements and understanding.
• Experience managing software renewals, maintenance agreements, support contracts, and subscription lifecycle management.
• Knowledge of leading technology and cybersecurity vendors such as Microsoft, Cisco, Palo Alto, Fortinet, CrowdStrike, SentinelOne, VMware, Red Hat, Oracle, AWS, and Azure.
• Strong commercial negotiation, vendor management, and contract management capabilities.
• Experience working with procurement platforms such as SAP Ariba or similar systems.
• Experience negotiating and managing contracts valued at 100K+ INR across multiple geographies.
• Robust analytical skills with the ability to evaluate spend, utilization, budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization opportunities.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to work effectively with technical, security, legal, finance, and procurement teams.
• Familiarity with information security, compliance, governance, and vendor risk management practices.
• Exposure to AI-enabled procurement tools, automation, and reporting solutions is preferred.
• Experience handling enterprise licensing agreements and renewals for software, operating systems, cloud platforms, and network technologies.
• Exposure to multi-vendor, multi-region procurement environments.
• Proven track record of delivering procurement savings, process improvements, and technology cost optimization initiatives.
• Ability to assess sourcing marketplace trends and incorporate market intelligence into procurement strategies.
• Experience influencing senior business leaders and managing executive stakeholder relationships.
• Proven track record of driving procurement transformation, process improvements, and operational excellence initiatives.
