Maple Growth Partner is looking for a highly experienced, hands-on Senior E-commerce Performance Marketing Manager to take ownership of growth across e-commerce brands. This is a full-time remote role for someone who has personally managed and scaled paid media accounts, understands e-commerce deeply, and is confident working across Meta Ads, Google Ads, Shopify, tracking, analytics, and email marketing. We are not looking for someone who has only assisted with campaigns or completed platform certifications. We want someone who can demonstrate real results and take responsibility for performance. What You’ll Do
• Manage and optimize Meta Ads across prospecting, retargeting, catalog/DPA, Advantage+ and other relevant campaign types
• Manage Google Ads across Search, Shopping, Performance Max and remarketing
• Build campaign structures, testing plans and budget allocation strategies
• Scale winning campaigns while maintaining profitability
• Track and improve CAC, ROAS, MER, AOV, conversion rate, LTV and other e-commerce KPIs
• Analyze Shopify and website performance and recommend CRO improvements
• Work with GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel/CAPI and conversion tracking
• Manage and optimize Klaviyo or similar email marketing platforms
• Build and improve flows such as Welcome, Abandoned Cart, Browse Abandonment, Post-Purchase and Winback
• Plan and execute promotional and lifecycle email campaigns
• Identify creative fatigue and provide clear direction for new ad concepts
• Prepare performance reports and communicate what is working, what needs improvement and what should be tested next
• Take ownership of performance rather than waiting for step-by-step instructions What We’re Looking For




• 5+ years of digital/performance marketing experience preferred
• 3+ years of direct e-commerce or DTC experience
• Strong hands-on experience with both Meta Ads and Google Ads
• Experience personally managing and scaling e-commerce ad budgets of at least $25,000 USD/month or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of Shopify and e-commerce funnels
• Klaviyo or equivalent lifecycle marketing platform experience required
• Experience with GA4, GTM, Merchant Center, tracking and attribution
• Strong understanding of CAC, ROAS, MER, AOV, LTV and profitability
• Experience working with North American or international brands is a strong advantage
• Solid written and spoken English
• Ability to work independently and be accountable for results
• Comfortable working full-time during North American Eastern Time hours This Role Is Not a Fit If
• Your experience is mainly social media posting or content creation
• You have never personally managed e-commerce ad accounts
• You have only supported campaigns while someone else made the decisions
• You cannot clearly explain how you improved revenue, CAC, ROAS or profitability
• You are looking for freelance, part-time or flexible-hour work Compensation ₹80,000 to ₹1,20,000 per month, based on experience and proven results. We are willing to pay at the top of the range for someone who can demonstrate strong e-commerce case studies and independently own performance. Work Schedule This is a full time remote position, Monday to Friday. You must be comfortable working a consistent 8-hour schedule aligned with the North American Eastern Time Zone. Shortlisted candidates should be prepared to discuss real campaign results, budgets managed, brands worked with and specific examples of e-commerce growth.
