About the Role
We are looking for a Performance Marketer to manage digital advertising campaigns for our clients. The candidate should have practical knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO and AI tools, with a focus on generating quality leads, increasing sales and improving campaign performance.

Key Responsibilities
• Plan, launch and optimise Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
• Manage lead generation, WhatsApp, sales and retargeting campaigns.
• Research audiences, keywords and competitors.
• Monitor advertising budgets, cost per lead, conversions and return on ad spend.
• Test ad creatives, copy, audiences and landing pages.
• Set up and troubleshoot Meta Pixel, GA4, Google Tag Manager and conversion tracking.
• Coordinate with designers and content writers to develop effective advertisements.




• Prepare performance reports with clear insights and improvement plans.
• Use SEO techniques and AI tools to support marketing activities. Required Skills
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
• Knowledge of SEO and conversion tracking is mandatory.
• Working knowledge of AI tools for marketing is mandatory.
• Ability to analyse data, improve lead quality and optimise campaign costs.
• Solid communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage campaigns for multiple clients.
• Availability to work from our Tarakeswar office.
