About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Investment Research Analyst to support a family office’s investment operations, with a strong focus on US fixed-income markets, derivatives, options trading strategies, and structured products. Working directly with the Portfolio Manager, you will be responsible for hands-on portfolio monitoring, investment screening, quantitative analysis, bond valuation, and risk assessment. This is an execution-oriented role requiring solid financial knowledge, analytical skills, and practical market experience.

Key Responsibilities
• Analyse US corporate bonds, investment-grade credit, AT1/CoCo bonds, and other fixed-income instruments.
• Monitor S&P; 500 (SPX) and SPY options positions, including iron condors, put spreads, and multi-leg strategies.
• Track options Greeks, implied volatility, VIX movements, and event-driven market risks.
• Evaluate structured products, including Credit-Linked Notes (CLNs), Fixed Coupon Notes (FCNs), range accruals, and UCITS funds.
• Perform bond pricing, yield analysis, credit assessment, and ROE modelling for repo-financed bond positions.
• Analyse coupon structures, barrier levels, worst-of features, and breakeven scenarios.
• Prepare daily portfolio summaries, investment-screening reports,



and risk-monitoring updates.
• Coordinate with bond and repo operations teams on financing, collateral, and margin requirements. Required Qualifications & Skills
• MBA in Finance or CFA Level II/III; CFA qualification preferred.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in investment research, fixed income, derivatives, trading, or portfolio analytics.
• Strong practical knowledge of US fixed-income markets, bonds, SPX/SPY options, and derivatives.
• Understanding of options Greeks, volatility, credit analysis, bond valuation, and structured products.
• Knowledge of repo financing, funding costs, collateral haircuts, and leveraged portfolio returns.
• Advanced Excel skills and financial modelling expertise.
• Bloomberg Terminal experience will be an advantage.
• Strong analytical ability, numerical accuracy, and the ability to meet daily market-driven deadlines. We are looking for candidates with hands-on experience in financial analysis, investment decision support, derivatives, and fixed-income markets rather than candidates whose experience is limited to backend processing or operational support.
