About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Performance Marketing Expert with strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and lead generation campaigns. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience managing high-budget paid media campaigns, particularly for the education sector, including universities, colleges, and B-schools. Candidates with experience working in digital marketing agencies and managing multiple client accounts will be preferred. Significant: This role is exclusively focused on paid media and performance marketing, with no SEO-related responsibilities. Candidates with a strong e-commerce advertising background but no relevant lead generation experience are not preferred.

Key Responsibilities
• Plan, execute, and manage Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Video, and Performance Max, along with Meta Ads campaigns.
• Develop and optimize lead generation campaigns to drive quality leads at competitive CPLs.
• Manage paid campaigns for the education sector, including universities, colleges, B-schools, and other education clients.
• Optimize campaigns based on key performance indicators, including CPL, CPA, CTR, conversion rate, lead quality, and overall campaign performance.
• Manage large advertising budgets and ensure efficient budget allocation across campaigns and platforms.
• Analyze campaign data, identify performance gaps, and implement strategies to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
• Set up and monitor conversion tracking using Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and relevant advertising platform tools.
• Prepare performance reports and share actionable insights with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Lead campaign execution, allocate tasks, review team performance,



and ensure timely delivery of client objectives.
• Stay updated on paid media trends, platform updates, audience targeting strategies, and campaign optimization techniques. Key Requirements
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads campaign management.
• Strong experience in lead generation campaigns, preferably within the education domain.
• Prior experience working with a digital marketing agency is highly preferred.
• Experience managing campaigns for universities, colleges, B-schools, or other education-sector clients will be a major advantage.
• Proven experience handling substantial advertising budgets and optimizing campaigns for lead volume, CPL, and lead quality.
• Strong understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, GA4, and Google Tag Manager.
• Ability to analyze campaign performance and prepare reports using Excel, Google Sheets, Looker Studio, or similar tools.
• Experience in team management, task allocation, campaign reviews, and performance optimization.
• Excellent communication, presentation, analytical, and client-handling skills. Preferred Skills
• Google Ads Certification.
• Experience with automation rules, campaign scripts, and advanced optimization techniques.
• Strong understanding of lead funnels, landing page performance, audience segmentation, and conversion tracking.
