Role Description The Educational Counselor (Fresher) role is a full-time, on-site position based at the Edwise office in Indore. In this role, the counselor will interact with prospective students and families, understand their academic background and career interests, and provide guidance on suitable courses, universities, and countries. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting counseling sessions, explaining admission requirements, assisting with application processes, and sharing information about tests, scholarships, and visa procedures.



The counselor will maintain accurate student records, follow up with inquiries, participate in seminars or education fairs, and collaborate with colleagues to ensure timely and effective support for students. Qualifications
• Ability to provide Educational Consulting and Education guidance to students exploring overseas study options.
• Strong Student Counseling and Career Counseling skills to understand student goals and recommend appropriate academic pathways.
• Effective Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication, and active listening.
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (education, counseling, psychology, management, or related fields is an advantage).
• Comfort interacting with diverse student backgrounds; customer service orientation and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of international education systems or willingness to learn quickly through training.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ability to manage data and documentation accurately.
• Motivation to work in a target-driven environment, with attention to detail and an organized work style.
