Role Description The Admission Counselor role is a full-time, on-site position based in Jaipur, focused on guiding prospective students and clients through international education and immigration-related admission processes. Day-to-day responsibilities include counseling individuals on suitable programs and destinations, explaining admission and visa requirements, and assisting with application documentation. The role involves responding to inquiries, maintaining regular follow-up with leads, and providing accurate information about courses, universities, and migration pathways.



The Admission Counselor will collaborate with the sales and operations teams to achieve enrollment targets, maintain detailed records in internal systems, and uphold a professional and empathetic approach in all customer interactions. The position offers compensation up to 25k, depending on experience and performance. Qualifications
• Strong Communication and Interpersonal Communication skills, with the ability to build trust and clearly explain complex processes.
• Customer Service experience, including handling inquiries, resolving concerns, and providing supportive counseling to diverse clients.
• Sales skills, such as converting leads, achieving admission targets, and promoting suitable programs and services ethically.
• Understanding of Education pathways, international study options, and basic admission requirements for overseas institutions.
• Relevant experience in counseling, admissions, or immigration consulting is preferred.
• Ability to work in office in Jaipur, manage time effectively, and handle multiple cases simultaneously.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM or database tools for maintaining client records.
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; additional certifications in counseling, education, or immigration services are an advantage.
