Role Overview We are looking for a motivated sales professional to sell our HMIS software to healthcare providers and grow our client base.
Key Responsibilities
• Generate leads and approach hospitals, nursing homes, clinics, and diagnostic centres
• Conduct product demos for doctors, administrators,
and hospital owners
• Understand client needs and recommend the right HMIS solution
• Prepare quotations and proposals, negotiate, and close deals
• Follow up with prospects and maintain a sales pipeline in the CRM
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Coordinate with the implementation and support teams for smooth onboarding Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in any field (MBA or healthcare background is a plus)
• 0-1 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in HMIS, healthcare IT, or SaaS
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Willingness to travel for client meetings
• Good negotiation and follow-up skills
• Knowledge of hospital workflows is an added advantage
