Cohort 1: January–June 2027 ✨ Limited to just 30 FellowsTHE ROLE | HEAD OF SCHOOL PARTNERSHIPS We are seeking a senior education professional who can build strategic relationships with reputed schools, engage parent communities and drive student enrolments into the fellowship. The ideal candidate will bring established relationships across the education ecosystem, a strong understanding of student development and the ability to translate trusted connections into meaningful partnerships and enrolments.

Key Responsibilities
• Strategic School Partnerships: Build relationships with leading IB, ICSE, IGCSE and other reputed schools,



including principals, management teams and academic leaders.
• Parent & Community Engagement: Leverage professional networks and parent communities to communicate the value of the fellowship.
• Fellowship Outreach: Represent Generation Purple at school meetings, parent interactions, educational events and networking forums.
• Student Recruitment: Identify and engage ambitious students who would benefit from the programme.
• Admissions & Enrolments: Manage prospective family relationships, facilitate applications, follow up on enquiries and drive paid enrolments.
• Partnership Development: Create opportunities for school collaborations, information sessions, leadership workshops and fellowship awareness initiatives.
• Performance & Growth: Build an outreach strategy, maintain a qualified student pipeline and work towards agreed recruitment targets.
• Internal Coordination: Collaborate with the Generation Purple team to ensure a seamless application, selection and enrolment experience. WHO SHOULD APPLY? We particularly welcome applications from: ✅ Retired or serving school principals and vice-principals. ✅ Senior educators, school directors and experienced education administrators. ✅ Professionals with established relationships across reputed IB, ICSE,



IGCSE and other schools. ✅ Individuals with strong parent networks and experience engaging families on student development and enrichment opportunities. ✅ Education leaders experienced in student leadership, international education, school partnerships or enrichment programmes.
