Role Description The International Travel Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Kolkata. The consultant will provide end-to-end travel planning and advisory services to clients, including designing international itineraries, recommending destinations, and tailoring packages to meet individual preferences and budgets. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing travel bookings, coordinating flights, accommodations, and transfers, handling visa and documentation support, and ensuring timely and accurate reservations. The role involves responding to client inquiries, offering proactive travel solutions,



resolving service issues, and maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction. The consultant will work closely with internal teams and external partners to optimize travel arrangements, ensure compliance with travel policies, and contribute to sales and revenue growth. Qualifications
• StrongTravel Consulting and advisory skills, with the ability to design customized international itineraries and recommend suitable destinations.
• Experience in Travel Management, including end-to-end coordination of flights, accommodation, transfers, and travel documentation.
• Proficiency in handling Travel Arrangements and Reservations using booking platforms, GDS or similar tools, and vendor communication.
• Excellent Customer Service skills, with a focus on responsiveness, problem-solving, and maintaining positive client relationships.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
• Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple bookings and deadlines simultaneously.
• Prior experience in international travel consulting or the tourism industry preferred; familiarity with key global destinations is beneficial.
• Basic proficiency in MS Office and digital tools for documentation, reporting, and client communication.
• Diploma or degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a related field is desirable.
