About the Role
At Mygate, we are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and user-focused Product Designer with 2–4 years of experience to design intuitive and engaging digital experiences across our web and mobile platforms. In this role, you will collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, stakeholders, and fellow designers to understand user needs, solve complex design challenges, and deliver impactful product experiences. You will take ownership of the end-to-end design process, from research and ideation to prototyping, usability testing, and final implementation. Key Roles and Responsibilities
• Own the end-to-end product design process, including user research, ideation, wireframing, prototyping, usability testing, and final design delivery.
• Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability studies to identify user pain points and translate insights into actionable design solutions.
• Create user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity UI designs, interactive prototypes, and detailed design specifications for web and mobile applications.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders to define product requirements and deliver seamless user experiences.
• Ensure smooth design handoffs and work with engineering teams to maintain design consistency and implementation quality.
• Analyze user feedback, usability findings, and product metrics to continuously improve existing features and experiences.
• Contribute to the development, maintenance, and scalability of Mygate's design system, reusable components, and design guidelines.
• Present design concepts, communicate design rationale,



and incorporate feedback from stakeholders.
• Ensure designs follow usability, accessibility, responsiveness, and visual consistency standards.
• Stay updated on emerging UX/UI trends, design tools, interaction patterns, and industry best practices. Requirements and Qualifications
• 3–4 years of professional experience in Product Design, UI/UX Design, or Interaction Design, preferably working on consumer-facing digital products.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Interaction Design, HCI, Communication Design, or a related field. Equivalent practical experience is also welcome.
• Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design projects, including problem-solving approaches, design processes, and measurable outcomes.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, including Auto Layout, components, variants, prototyping, and design systems.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, information architecture, and visual design fundamentals.
• Excellent visual design skills with a solid eye for typography, color, layout, spacing, usability, and micro-interactions.
• Experience designing responsive web applications and mobile applications (Android/iOS).
• Hands-on experience conducting usability testing and incorporating user feedback into design improvements.
• Ability to independently manage design projects, prioritize tasks, and deliver high-quality solutions within timelines.
• Strong communication, presentation, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• High attention to detail, ownership mindset, creativity, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced product environment.
