Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Recruiter role based in Pune City. The Recruiter will manage end-to-end hiring processes, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating selection activities for various roles across the organization. The role involves partnering with hiring managers to understand role requirements, define job specifications, and design effective recruitment strategies. The Recruiter will maintain candidate pipelines, use recruitment platforms and social media to attract talent, and ensure a positive, professional candidate experience throughout the process. Additional responsibilities include coordinating offer processes,



supporting onboarding activities, maintaining accurate recruitment records, and providing regular hiring status updates to stakeholders. Qualifications
• Demonstrated skills in candidate sourcing, resume screening, and interview coordination.
• Experience collaborating with hiring managers, defining job requirements, and executing recruitment strategies.
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems, job boards, and professional networking platforms.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions, prioritize tasks, and meet hiring timelines.
• Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and commitment to maintaining accurate documentation.
• Knowledge of standard hiring practices, basic employment regulations, and ethical recruitment standards.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant HR or recruiting certifications are an advantage.
• Prior experience in corporate recruiting or talent acquisition, preferably in the technology or telecommunications sector.
