About the Role
Skill Univ is looking for a proactive, result-oriented Placement Manager with strong expertise in Corporate Tie-Ups, B2B Relationship Management, and Placement Operations. The primary responsibility of this role is to build and strengthen corporate partnerships, establish hiring pipelines with companies across industries, and drive end-to-end placement and internship opportunities for Skill Univ learners. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to connect with HR heads, talent acquisition teams, business leaders, and institutional decision-makers to develop long-term hiring partnerships. They will also be responsible for establishing placement tie-ups with colleges, negotiating MOUs, and ensuring consistent placement opportunities across all centres. This role requires a combination of corporate networking, business development, negotiation, stakeholder management, and placement execution, with a strong focus on measurable hiring outcomes. 1. Corporate Tie-Ups & Industry Partnerships
* Identify, approach, and establish strategic partnerships with companies across relevant industries to create consistent hiring opportunities for Skill Univ learners.
* Build and maintain relationships with HR heads,



talent acquisition managers, hiring managers, business leaders, and senior decision-makers.
* Negotiate and finalize corporate tie-ups, recruitment partnerships, and hiring agreements.
* Develop a strong corporate network to establish Skill Univ as a preferred talent and recruitment partner.
* Identify current business opportunities and expand the company's corporate partnership portfolio across industries and locations.
* Conduct corporate meetings, presentations, and negotiations to communicate Skill Univ's talent pipeline and hiring proposition. 2.
Student Placement
* Lead end-to-end placement operations, from identifying job opportunities and coordinating interviews to tracking offers and successful joining.
* Build a structured placement pipeline aligned with learners' skills, program outcomes, and industry requirements.
* Coordinate with corporate partners to understand hiring needs,

* Organize campus recruitment drives, interviews, walk-in opportunities, and virtual hiring drives.
* Develop and implement strategies to improve placement rates and ensure timely employment opportunities for eligible learners. 3.
Preferred Qualifications
* Graduate or postgraduate degree in any discipline.
* 3–5 years of relevant experience in placement management, corporate relations, B2B sales, business development, talent acquisition, or institutional partnerships.
* An established network of corporate HR professionals, recruiters, and hiring managers will be a strong advantage.
* Experience in the skill development, education, employability, recruitment, or training sector is preferred.
* Demonstrated success in acquiring corporate partnerships and generating measurable hiring or placement outcomes.
