This is a target-driven sales position, not simply a customer support or data-entry role. We are looking for professionals with proven experience in online sales, lead generation and customer conversion. ??? ????????????????✅ Online Lead Generation: Independently identify and generate genuine prospective learners through LinkedIn, social media, professional networks and other legitimate online channels. ✅ WhatsApp Marketing: Professionally communicate with potential customers through WhatsApp Business, manage enquiries and follow up with interested prospects. ✅ Calling & Follow-ups: Contact prospective learners using company-provided data and independently generated leads. ✅ Email Communication: Send professional course information, respond to enquiries and conduct effective email follow-ups. ✅ Virtual Sales Meetings: Arrange and conduct online discussions through Zoom, Microsoft Teams or other approved platforms. ✅ Lead Conversion: Convert qualified enquiries into successful course registrations and enrolments. ✅ CRM & Reporting:



Maintain accurate records of leads, communications, follow-ups, meetings and conversions. ✅ Sales Targets: Achieve agreed weekly and monthly lead-generation and enrolment targets. ✅ International Communication: Professionally engage with learners from different countries and time zones. ? ????????? ??????????? ✔ Previous professional experience in online sales, international sales, business development or lead generation. ✔ Demonstrated record of generating qualified leads and achieving sales conversions. ✔ Excellent English communication skills – speaking, writing, listening and comprehension are mandatory. ✔ Confidence in handling international clients through calls, WhatsApp, email and virtual meetings. ✔ Ability to independently identify prospects, develop sales opportunities and close deals. ✔ Experience using LinkedIn, WhatsApp Business, email marketing and online meeting platforms. ✔ Self-motivated, disciplined, professional and target-oriented. ✔ Ability to work independently in a remote environment. Preference: Candidates with experience in international education, online training, professional certification or educational consultancy. ? ????????? ????????? ????????????
