Experience:
08–10 years in AEM development and architecture, with 5+ years specialized in AEM Guides / XML Documentation for AEM.
· DITA Standards: Deep expertise in OASIS DITA 1.2/1.3 specifications (Maps, Bookmaps, Topics, Keys, Conrefs, DITAVAL).
· Publishing Engines: Hands-on mastery of Native PDF Publishing Engine (HTML5, CSS Paged Media, custom page layouts) and DITA-OT customization (plugins, XSL-FO, Ant scripts).
· Translation Architecture: Proven experience designing AEM Translation Workflows, TMS connectors, and managing multi-lingual DITA content lifecycles.
· Dispatcher & Infrastructure: Robust expertise in AEM Dispatcher configuration and Cloud Service CDN caching behavior.




· AEM Cloud & Backend Core: Deep experience with AEM as a Cloud Service, Cloud Manager CI/CD pipelines, Repoinit, Sling Models, OSGi, and JCR/OAK architecture (versioning, frozen nodes, /var/dxml).
· Security & Identity: Strong hands-on knowledge of Adobe IMS / Admin Console, Product Profiles, SAML/SSO integration, and granular AEM ACL configurations.
· Leadership: Proven track record leading enterprise documentation platforms, managing Adobe vendor engagements, and driving cross-functional technical teams.
