About the Role
Arcedior International Private Limited is looking for a proactive and organized Project Coordinator – Interior Design & Furniture to manage project coordination, furniture procurement follow-ups, client communication, and execution timelines. The ideal candidate will have a basic understanding of interior design concepts and 2D drawings, along with strong coordination, documentation, and communication skills. This role is primarily focused on project execution and coordination rather than advanced designing.

Key Responsibilities
Project Coordination & Execution
• Coordinate with design, procurement, production, vendors, and site teams.
• Track project timelines, milestones, deliverables, and pending tasks.
• Follow up with internal teams to ensure timely completion of activities.
• Maintain project schedules, progress reports, and meeting records.
• Identify coordination issues and communicate them to the relevant teams. Interior Design & Drawing Coordination
• Understand basic 2D drawings, furniture layouts, and technical drawings.
• Coordinate the sharing of drawings and specifications across departments.
• Assist with basic 2D drawing modifications when required.
• Ensure design specifications match furniture requirements and project execution needs. Furniture & Procurement Coordination
• Coordinate furniture specifications, quotations, orders, and delivery schedules.
• Follow up with vendors on production progress, material availability, and delivery timelines.
• Track furniture orders and coordinate deliveries to project sites.
• Help resolve discrepancies in furniture specifications and requirements. Client & Vendor Communication




• Share project updates and coordinate client requirements.
• Arrange meetings with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
• Follow up on approvals, design changes, material selections, and pending deliverables.
• Maintain professional communication and timely responses. Reporting & Documentation
• Prepare daily and weekly project status reports.
• Maintain project trackers, schedules, checklists, and coordination records.
• Document client feedback, revisions, approvals, and action items.
• Ensure accurate communication of project updates across teams.
• Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in interior design, furniture, or project coordination.
• Basic knowledge of 2D drawings and AutoCAD.
• Robust organizational, coordination, follow-up, and time-management skills.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate with different teams.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and project-tracking tools.
• A proactive, detail-oriented, and accountable approach to work.
