Role Description The Senior Production Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Coimbatore, responsible for overseeing end-to-end production operations. This role includes planning and scheduling production, allocating resources, and ensuring that output meets quality, safety, and compliance standards. The Senior Production Manager will monitor production performance, optimize workflows, manage budgets, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with cross-functional teams such as engineering, quality, maintenance, and supply chain to resolve issues and support on-time delivery. The role also involves mentoring production staff, implementing best practices, and supporting strategic decisions that enhance capacity,



reliability, and customer satisfaction. Qualifications
• Strong production management skills, including planning, scheduling, and capacity management in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in process optimization, continuous improvement (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma), and efficiency enhancement.
• Proficiency in quality management, safety standards, and regulatory compliance relevant to advanced materials or related industries.
• Ability to lead and develop multidisciplinary production teams, with effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfort with data-driven decision-making, using production metrics, KPIs, and reporting tools to monitor and improve performance.
• Experience collaborating with engineering, maintenance, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth operations and minimal downtime.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, materials science, or a related field; advanced qualifications are an advantage.
• Several years of progressive experience in production or plant management, preferably in advanced materials, plastics, pharmaceuticals, or related sectors.
• Ability to work on-site in Coimbatore and adapt to a dynamic, technology-driven manufacturing environment.
