Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Account Executive role based in Ahmedabad. The Account Executive will manage day-to-day client relationships, handle inquiries, coordinate shipments, and ensure timely communication between customers, operations, and documentation teams. Responsibilities include preparing and reviewing quotations, maintaining accurate records of orders and contracts, monitoring shipment status, and resolving service-related issues promptly and professionally. The role involves supporting business development activities,



assisting in account planning, tracking key performance indicators, and contributing to continuous improvement in customer service and operational efficiency. Qualifications
• Strong client relationship management and customer service skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic ERP/CRM or transport management systems for data entry and reporting.
• Positive analytical and problem-solving skills for handling shipment issues, pricing queries, and account-related challenges.
• Organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple accounts, follow up on deliveries, and meet deadlines.
• Comfort with documentation and basic commercial understanding (invoices, purchase orders, contracts, and transport documentation).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Logistics, or a related field; relevant experience in transport, logistics, or shipping will be an advantage.
• Ability to work collaboratively with operations and finance teams, and adapt to a fast-paced, process-driven environment.
• Familiarity with container logistics or port/ICD operations is preferred, along with good written and spoken English and local language skills.
