Role Description The Wealth Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. The manager will support financial advisors in preparing client portfolios, analysing investment options, and assisting with financial planning proposals. Day-to-day tasks include collecting and organising client data, conducting basic market and product research, and helping generate reports and presentations for client meetings. Manager will also assist in monitoring existing investments, tracking performance against benchmarks, and updating internal systems and documentation. This role offers hands-on exposure to wealth management practices, research-driven advisory workflows, and client service standards. Key aspects of the role
• Expand our assets under management (AUM) by onboarding and advising high-income professionals and founders.
• Build and implement tailored portfolio strategies that fit each client’s cash flow requirements and risk appetite. Picture accurate information and always be ethical in all recommendations
• Support clients through market volatility with clear,



evidence-based insights instead of generic market commentary. Anticipate events and suggest based on evidence and upcoming scenarios
• Make sure every client onboarding, portfolio rebalance, and piece of advice complies with applicable regulations and internal compliance standards. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess foundational skills in Financial Planning and Finance, with an interest in building client-focused wealth strategies.
• Candidates should possess skills related to Investment Management and Investments, including basic understanding of mutual funds, equities, and other financial instruments.
• Candidates should possess awareness of Insurance concepts and their role in comprehensive financial planning.
• Strong analytical and quantitative abilities, with proficiency in Excel or similar tools for data analysis and reporting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad, collaborate within a small team, and manage multiple tasks in a structured manner.
• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting, or a related field; relevant certifications or coursework (e.g., NISM, CFP modules) are an advantage. You should have strong, hands-on knowledge of the investment products that matter to sophisticated investors: Indian listed equities, fixed income, Portfolio Management Services (PMS), Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs), and tax-efficient structuring, including tax-loss harvesting.

1 to 3 years in private banking, premium wealth management, or a multi-family office.
