• Identify and generate potential membership leads through market research, networking, referrals, databases, and outbound calling.
• Develop a pipeline of prospective customers, including business owners, professionals, entrepreneurs, and families.
• Explore opportunities for corporate memberships, professional networks, and strategic partnerships. 2. Membership Sales & Conversion
• Present ASC's membership offerings, facilities, advantages, and lifestyle experiences to prospective members.
• Schedule appointments, arrange facility tours, and conduct personalised membership presentations.
• Understand customer requirements, address queries, handle objections, and negotiate membership deals.
• Drive prospects through the complete sales cycle, from initial contact to membership closure and onboarding.
• Work towards defined monthly lead-generation, appointment, conversion, and revenue targets. 3. Customer Communication & Follow-ups
• Conduct outbound calls and follow up with prospective members through telephone, WhatsApp, and email.
• Draft professional emails, membership proposals,



quotations, and follow-up communications.
• Maintain timely and consistent communication with prospects to maximise conversion opportunities.
• Build long-term relationships with members and prospective customers through professional engagement. 4. CRM & Sales Reporting
• Maintain an updated database of leads, appointments, follow-ups, and sales closures.
• Track the sales pipeline and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Prepare regular reports on lead generation, appointment attendance, conversion rates, and membership sales.
• Coordinate with the management team to improve sales strategies and customer acquisition. 5. Relationship Management & Networking
• Represent ASC professionally while interacting with high-value prospective customers.
• Build referral networks and identify new avenues for membership growth within Amravati and surrounding markets.
• Assist in membership campaigns, promotional activities, networking events, and customer
