• 3-year Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management.
• Experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
• Strong communication, presentation, and training delivery skills.
• Must be open to frequent travelling.
• Candidates with a stable career history, no unexplained employment gaps, and no frequent job changes will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities
• Conduct training programs for restaurant teams and management staff.
• Train employees on restaurant SOPs, guest service, food safety, hygiene, and operational standards.
• Identify training needs and improve employee performance.
• Monitor training effectiveness and maintain training MIS.
• Coordinate with operations teams to enhance service quality and guest experience.
