Forward Deployed Engineer Role Overview We are looking for a FDE to work closely with enterprise customers, helping them deploy, integrate, and customise our AI platform. This role combines software engineering, solution architecture, customer consulting, and implementation expertise. The ideal candidate enjoys solving complex technical problems, working directly with customers, and building solutions that create measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities
• Partner with enterprise customers to understand business and technical requirements.
• Design and implement customized solutions using the company's platform.
• Build integrations with third-party systems using APIs and webhooks.
• Work directly with customer engineering teams during deployments.
• Develop prototypes, proof of concepts (POCs), UATs, RFIs/RFPs and Voice based production-ready solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical challenges.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams.
• Translate customer requirements into technical specifications.
• Drive successful implementation and adoption of AI solutions.
• Gather customer feedback and influence product roadmap decisions.
