Role Description The Human Resources Executive at Envision will manage day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle activities. This full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai involves coordinating interviews, maintaining employee records, and supporting performance evaluations and HR policies. The HR Executive will handle payroll inputs, leave and attendance tracking, and compliance with HR and labor regulations. The role also includes organizing training initiatives, supporting employee engagement programs, addressing workplace concerns, and collaborating with management to ensure a positive and inclusive work environment. • Candidates should possess strong recruitment and talent acquisition skills, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
• Candidates should possess employee relations and engagement skills, with the ability to manage conflict resolution and foster a respectful workplace culture.
• Candidates should possess HR operations skills such as maintaining HRIS records, managing onboarding/offboarding, and handling payroll and attendance inputs.
• Candidates should possess knowledge of HR policies and labor law compliance, including documentation, contracts, and statutory requirements.
• Candidates should possess communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and interact confidently with employees and leadership.
• Candidates should possess organizational and time management skills, including the ability to prioritize multiple HR tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an added advantage.
• Previous experience in an HR executive or similar role, preferably within education, consulting, or service-oriented organizations, is beneficial.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with HR software or HRIS tools is preferred.
