You'll act as a trusted advisor, helping clients understand immigration pathways, study-abroad options, work permits, and settlement opportunities across countries such as Canada, Australia, the UK, the USA, Germany, and more. You'll combine consultative guidance, relationship building, and solution-oriented counseling to help clients make informed decisions about their future. This isn't traditional sales. Key Responsibilities
Client Consultation & Career Guidance
• Conduct detailed consultations to understand clients' goals, aspirations, and eligibility.
• Counsel prospective clients regarding overseas education, migration, work permits, and visa opportunities.
• Provide personalized recommendations aligned with each client's profile and objectives.
• Guide individuals and families through available global pathways with clarity and confidence. Relationship Building & Trust Creation
• Build meaningful relationships with clients through phone, email, video calls, and in-person meetings.




• Establish credibility by providing accurate, transparent, and well-informed guidance.
• Deliver exceptional client experiences throughout the consultation journey.
• Act as a trusted advisor during critical decision-making stages. Solution Design & Advisory
• Assess client profiles and identify suitable immigration or education programs.
• Design customized strategies that align with client aspirations and eligibility.
• Explain program requirements, timelines, processes, and documentation requirements clearly.
• Help clients understand the most effective route toward achieving their international goals. Sales & Conversion Excellence
• Engage with qualified leads provided by the organization.
• Follow up consistently and professionally to support client decision-making.
• Maintain strong conversion performance while preserving a consultative, client-first approach.
• Achieve individual and team engagement targets. Knowledge Development & Market Awareness
• Stay updated on immigration regulations, visa policies, and global mobility trends.
• Continuously improve understanding of international education systems and migration pathways.
• Participate in training programs, workshops, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
• Maintain expertise across multiple destination countries and programs. Required Skills & QualificationsEducation
• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline. Experience
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, counseling, customer service, recruitment, education consulting, hospitality, banking, or any client-facing role.
• Prior sales experience is beneficial but not mandatory.
